The Role: Build the Stripe for Land Access

Define Your Impact We are an infrastructure company building the 'Stripe for Land Access', defining a new European asset class. We hire for talent and initiative, not just for specific job openings. We are particularly interested in candidates who can support our core functions (Compliance, Engineering, Sales, or Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch Your Project: You will be required to propose a specific, high-impact project or problem area you can own and deliver results on during your time with us.
• Rapid Execution: Quickly integrate into a functional team, understand our technical or regulatory landscape, and deliver tangible results within defined sprints.
• Proactive Contribution: Identify gaps in our process, infrastructure, or market knowledge, and take initiative to fill them without constant supervision.
• Mission Alignment: Deeply embed yourself in the company's core mission, understanding how land access, liability, and the European outdoor market intersect.
• Knowledge Transfer: Document all work clearly and present final findings or functional code to the team, ensuring a lasting contribution.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program (or a recent graduate within the last 12 months) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Law, Business, Environmental Studies).
• A highly proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—you view ambiguity as an opportunity, not a roadblock.
• Proven ability to self-start and execute complex tasks with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas (technical or commercial) clearly and concisely.
• A demonstrated passion for technology, the outdoors, or regulatory innovation is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or French is a strong plus.
